She joins as Head of Customer Success and Optimization after $2.7M in Amazon UK sales and coaching 300+ brands on listings and conversion.

Every seller has the same AI. Almost none have their own shopper data. Real intelligence is the new moat, and it is the one thing a competitor cannot copy or prompt their way to.”

TORONTO, ONTARIO, CANADA, September 23, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- ProductPinion, the real intelligence platform for Amazon and ecommerce brands, announced today that Silvia Vendraminetto has joined the company as Head of Customer Success and Optimization. She will lead onboarding and retention, and work with brands on the key decisions that drive revenue.

Vendraminetto has sold more than $2.7 million on Amazon UK, grew her own business past $100,000 in monthly revenue, and runs Ecomm Hero Academy and Ecomm Hero Agency, where she has helped more than 300 sellers and brands improve conversion. She is a long standing partner of Helium 10, sellerboard, AMZScout and Seller Toolkit.

Her focus is helping brands turn real intelligence (research that comes from real people) into a competitive advantage.

"Every seller now has access to the same AI models. Almost none of them have their own data to put into those models," said Matt Kostan, Founder and CEO of ProductPinion, who has spent 15 years studying shopper psychology and how people decide what to buy. "A purchase is decided in seconds, somewhere the seller cannot see. It used to be a grid of thumbnails. Now it might be an assistant that names three products and never mentions the other forty. Real intelligence is the new moat. Every test adds to a private databank of what your shoppers actually said, and that is the one thing a competitor cannot copy or prompt their way to."

Vendraminetto will be the one helping brands to build that databank.

"Most Amazon brands do not have a traffic problem. They have a creative problem," she said. "AI has made producing images and copy almost free, so brands now have ten versions of everything and no idea what will resonate with a shopper. You cannot guess your way out of that. My job is to help brands use consumer research to sell more, by knowing their shopper better than anyone else."

Why does real intelligence matter for ecommerce brands?
Ecommerce teams adopted AI quickly for listing copy, creative briefs and keyword research. What comes back is a very well written average of everything and brands are stuck in the "sea of sameness". It is also the same answer every competitor is getting, and none of it comes from the shoppers deciding whether to click or buy.

It has also moved the bottleneck. Creative used to be the expensive part. Now a team can generate 50 variations of a main image before lunch. Making variations is solved. Making the decision is not.

Only shoppers can settle that, and they are specific when asked. In an open question about the one detail they wished product images included, with no options to choose from, 29.6% named size, scale or dimensions. The same study found 63.9% trust photos and reviews from other shoppers more than a brand's own professional images (ProductPinion, State of Shoppers 2025). No AI model would have produced either number, shoppers had to be asked.

Now shoppers are describing what they want somewhere brands cannot see. Increasingly they tell ChatGPT, Claude and voice assistants what they need instead of typing keywords, and most brands have no idea what those shoppers are saying.

ProductPinion has measured it. In The State of Shoppers 2025 study of 1000 verified US Amazon shoppers, 10.1% said they had both seen and used Amazon's AI shopping assistant directly, while 57.4% had never heard of it. Rather than asking about "Rufus" or "Alexa for shopping," names most shoppers do not recognize, the study showed them the assistant in action and asked whether they had used it to shop.

That knowledge only helps if it reaches the tools teams already use. Through the ProductPinion MCP connector, brands plug their own test history into Claude, ChatGPT, Grok Bot and other AI tools, so the AI answers from their own shopper research instead of the internet's average.

What is different about ProductPinion?

ProductPinion does not upcharge for targeting. Demographics and all advanced audience traits (over 215) are included in the base price, with no surprise per filter fees.

Teams can also:

Run contextual tests that mirror how shoppers browse Amazon search.
Decide between AI generated variations using real shopper data.
Validate images, pricing, titles, bullets and A+ Content in hours, not weeks.

The validation of real intelligence shows up in revenue. One client added $19,000 in recurring monthly revenue after three tests completed in a few hours. Another projects more than $300,000 in new revenue after two months. Figures reflect ProductPinion account data and customer reported outcomes (ProductPinion customer data, 2025).

About Silvia Vendraminetto
Silvia Vendraminetto is an Amazon expert and speaker specializing in buyer psychology and AI driven ecommerce. She moved from Italy to London in 2014 and worked night shifts at about $7 an hour while building an Amazon business that hit six figures within six months, starting with retail arbitrage and a shopping trolley. She continues to run Ecomm Hero Academy and Ecomm Hero Agency alongside her role at ProductPinion.

About ProductPinion
ProductPinion is the real intelligence platform for Amazon and ecommerce brands. Founder and CEO Matt Kostan launched the company in 2020, after running successful Kickstarter campaigns for his own brands, where consumer research decided which products were worth building. Based in the Toronto area, ProductPinion reveals the exact reasons shoppers click and buy by combining real shopper feedback with AI analysis.

In 2021 ProductPinion introduced Pinion Videos, the first qualitative video feedback product built for Amazon sellers, and it was the first platform to let brands poll their own audience. It offers the largest active global shopper panel, video feedback, A/B split tests and true Amazon Search Simulation, with 215+ targeting traits included.

About the research
State of Shoppers 2025 is based on 1,001 completed responses from verified US Amazon shoppers across 37 questions. Five questions were open ended and presented no answer options. Fieldwork was conducted by ProductPinion on its own shopper panel in March 2025. Cite as: ProductPinion, State of Shoppers 2025.
